30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from the day of receipt to return it for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in good condition and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hey@getshapeslim.com. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Keep your tracking number until the refund process is complete.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hey@getshapeslim.com with your order number. We will gladly replace the defective item free of charge.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched (usually within 1-2 business days), cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to return the item for a refund.
Change of Mind / Exchanges
For exchanges or change of mind, please contact us at hey@getshapeslim.com within the 30-day money-back period. Please note that after 30 days, we do not accept returns for change of mind. For hygiene reasons, only unused products are eligible for exchanges.
Never Received Your Order?
If your order tracking shows that your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate the situation and may offer a refund or replacement, depending on the case.
Return Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we aim to complete the return process within 1 business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
